Incorrect "Unfollow" Option Shown for Non-Followed Profile

The profile of a non-followed user (@CNS_AR) correctly displays a "Follow" button in the header. However, the three-dot options menu incorrectly shows an "Unfollow" action (instead of "Follow" or no follow-related option). This UI inconsistency misrepresents the follow relationship.

Attached screenshot shows the discrepancy: header offers "Follow", while options menu offers "Unfollow".
